For over 11 years, I’ve led digital transformation and AI initiatives that delivered measurable impact: hundreds of millions in revenue, infrastructure cost reductions, and customer experience improvements that actually moved the needle. I’ve guided cross-functional teams through complex migrations, implemented AI solutions at scale, and turned strategic ambiguity into executable roadmaps.
